We cannot be held responsible for any complications that may arise in your pet with any of the products and ingredients that we are recommending or the advice that we give. We offer transparency and honesty as we have had no large corporate financial backing, only our own scientific research to find a sustainable kind solution to feed our pets and protect the planet’s health.
The recipes and dry foods are recommended for use in adult dogs with no clinical conditions. Genetic conditions do occur such as dilated cardiomyopathy, cancer, allergies and genetic bone abnormalities that may result in early onset arthritis in your pet and a shorter lifespan. We do not claim to treat any chronic conditions with a plant-based diet, but we do attempt to lessen the effects of these conditions should your pet be born with a genetic condition.
The information we provide is based on our own market research and information obtained from scientific journals and other veterinary professionals. We cannot claim these to always be fully accurate and correct. We expect owners to follow our homemade plant-based recipes meticulously with the correct weights and ingredients for their pets and we cannot be held responsible if these specific criteria are not met.
*If your pet suffers with any clinical conditions, or is ill, we highly recommend in the first instance that they are taken to their own vets.* We do offer teleconsults for owners needing further help with their pets.
Refunds and Cancellations
We do not guarantee that all dogs will like the plant-based dry foods, tinned foods and homemade recipes that we recommend. Dogs, like us have their specific preferences (usually what they are used to) and we do offer a money back guarantee with our nutrition course should it not meet your expectations. We will assist you with trying to tempt your dog as far as possible, but if they refuse all of the food (including homemade); we recommend sharing the food you may have bought, or homemade recipes that you try with a friend/family member to make an impact on possibly another dog who may react differently and really like it.
If wanting a refund with the nutrition course, please let us know by contacting us at info@dogsgo-planted.co.uk and if a valid reason is given, the order will be cancelled.
Being a small independent business, we respect and request any feedback both good and bad that allows us to improve upon our service and to support as many plant-based dog owners and veterinary professionals as possible. If you notice an obvious error in what has been said or what has been written, we would so appreciate feedback with this so that we can correct it immediately.
